Before taking a med like Tramadol i would try you on methadone PRN or morphine PRN at low doses a d more importantly aI am familiar with it and know hpw,to deal with it .Back pain is,common in Rhabdomyolysis . It is the opposite of obesity . Both cause back pain for very different reasons ....
