I took 3x10mg of Temazepam around 3pm today. (There's a lot happening around me and I just wanted to sleep it through) I woke up about 5 hoursI took 30 mg of temazapem at 11:00 pm last night to sleep,but only slept for 3 hrs. Is it ok to take another 30 mg now to help me go back to sleep...
