I'm having a really hard time dealing with Effexor XR withdrawals. I originally started taking Effexor 2 and a half years ago at 75 mg/day and a year later was upped to 150mg/day. I didn't quit cold turkey, I tapered down to 37.5 mg/day, but quite frankly, I feel like I'm dying....
