1000 mg is 3 tablets of regular tylenol. If you're under 100 pounds, I'd stick to 2 tablets no more than every 4 hours.It depends on the strength. Normally two 500mg capsules or tablets at once is ok. But be aware that the limit of milligrams for a 24 hour period is 2400....
