Nothing. 2 ibuprofen is a normal dose and you can take 12 paracetmol in a day.. takign 6 at once won't hurt you plus you can take them together, I take both paracetamol and ibuprofen together for migraines all the time. honestly that is about the most weak overdose I have ever heard of....
